We recently sold our house and hired Steven Squires as our realtor. He was amazing! Not only did he sell our house in less than a week, he sold it for more than what 2 other realtors told us we could get for it. He went above and beyond anything I've ever seen from a realtor (including washing our windows when the company we hired didn't meet expectations!). I would never consider buying or selling a house with any other realtor and highly recommend him.
